The Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) fund for the City of Pismo Beach is intended to assist people experiencing or at risk of homelessness by addressing unmet housing-related needs. PLHA is allocated by the California Department of Housing and Community Development and administered locally by the County of San Luis Obispo.
