- Youth shall have access to first aid and emergency services
- First aid kits shall be available in designated areas of the Juvenile Hall.
- The Health Care Administrator/Responsible Physician shall approve the contents, number, location and procedure for the periodic inspection of first aid kits.
- Youth supervision and health care staff shall be trained in responding to emergencies requiring first aid.
