Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

The Department of Social Services Homeless Services Division is excited to announce the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the 2024 Action Plan

Funding sources available include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Home Investment Partnership Program American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP), Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA), County General Funds, and Title 29 funds.

Deadline for application submittal is 9:00 pm, Sunday, November 5, 2023.
