1. The Board requires that a report be submitted by the facility administrator (Article 4 Section 1343 Title 15) when the number of youth detained in a living unit of a juvenile facility exceeds its maximum capacity for more than fifteen (15) days.
2. Youth Supervision staff working the graveyard shift at 12:00 a.m. shall calculate the Juvenile Hall population daily.  The JSO in the Control room shall send out roster nightly at midnight, and a population count at 0500.
