Virtual Meeting Resolution.
Due to a dramatic increase in Covid 19 cases the meeting was held virtually. A resolution to hold meeting virtually for the next 30 days was unanimously approved.

Cost of having meetings both in person and virtually.
It was explained that if we wish to still have a virtual option when we go back to in person meetings there will be associated cost increases. The exact cost is not known at this time.

The Committee unanimously agreed that they would not like to incur those costs and we will return to in person only once that becomes and option.

Channel Maintenance Activities
Power Point presentation showing the impact that the December 23rd storm had on water levels in the channel.
Herbicide application in upper portion of AG creek as well as Los Berros diversion channel.

Meadow Creek Update
Existing Conditions Tech Memo from Stillwater, Jan. 31. Memo will be added to the Z1/1A website
Existing Conditions and Preliminary Alternatives brainstorming session with the Science Panel, February 7
Public Workshop to be held in late February
Jeremy Gent asked if the county would be willing to share their alternatives with the OCSD.
Eric said that he would be the one to contact and that he would be willing to share once the information is available.

- Karen White asked if our organization received a timely notification from the state regarding the Tsunami.
- Jeremy Gent stated that the notification his organization received was delayed.
