The Juvenile Hall operations, procedures and staff shall comply with all Title 15 regulations to meet the minimum operational standards for but not limited to standards and inspections.
The Chief Probation Officer or Chief Deputy of the Custody Division may temporarily suspend any Title 15 standard or requirement in the event of any emergency which threatens the safety of juveniles.
