Defendant shall not use, possess, or cultivate marijuana pursuant to Section 11362.5 of the California Health and Safety Code while on probation unless authority to do so has been requested from, and been specifically granted by, the sentencing court as described in Section 11362.795 of the California Health and Safety Code.  If approved, the defendant shall obtain an identification card from the San Luis Obispo County Health Agency pursuant to Section 11362.71 of the Health and Safety Code.  Defendant shall use marijuana as prescribes by law.  Defendant shall not cultivate marijuana for others, nor furnish marijuana to others.  Defendant shall not be a marijuana caregiver.

  • Submit to chemical testing as directed by any Peace Officer, Probation Officer, or Treatment Provider.
  • Not use or possess illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, and not to be in any place where such substances are present.

Search and seizure of his person, possessions, residence, and any vehicle under his control, with or without probable cause, at any time day or night, by a Probation Officer or any law enforcement officer. Property shall be accessible to the Probation Officer. Dogs are to be confined and/or restrained in a manner to allow Probation Officer unrestricted access to the front door of the residence.

  • Not use or possess alcoholic beverages or frequent places where sale of same is principal business.
  • Have on your person, at all times, a photo I.D. card.

If contacted by law enforcement, you are to provide your true name, address, and date of birth.  If contacted by law enforcement, you must present your photo I.D. card.  Further, you are to report said contact or arrest in writing to your Probation Officer within seven (7) days and include date of contact/arrest, charges, if any, and contacting agency.

  • Not drive a motor vehicle unless properly licensed and insured.
  • Enroll in and complete a state licensed DUI first offender alcohol and drug program for 6 months.
  • Enroll in and complete a state licensed multiple offender alcohol and drug program for 18 months.

Pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 23593, you are hereby advised that being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or both, impairs your ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.  Therefore, it is extremely dangerous to human life to drive while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or both.  If you continue to drive while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or both, and, as a result of that driving, someone is killed, you can be charged with murder.

Per Interstate Rule 4.107 (b) (1), the Receiving State may impose a supervision fee on an offender whom the State accepts for supervision. Therefore, an Agreement to Pay Fees form will be completed and signed by the offender at time of case acceptance. The SDPO in charge of completing incoming Interstate transfers shall ensure that incoming offenders have signed the Agreement to Pay Fees form.

  • Submit to photographing as directed by any Probation Officer or Police Officer.
  • Submit to fingerprinting as directed by any Probation Officer or Police Officer.
