The standard hours of operation for construction activity will take place on normal workdays and be within the working hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Contractor is required to conduct all Work in a manner that does not interfere with or disrupt County and adjacent property operations. At a minimum, the Contractor shall make every effort to minimize the levels of noise, vibration, dirt, dust, molds, fumes, odors and similar items to the extent possible and in accordance with all local ordinances or other agency regulations. Site monitoring protocols will also be required during non-construction hours, weekends, and holidays to assure dust is controlled at all times for the duration of the project.
