District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that he and 27 other elected District Attorneys across California have been granted a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) preventing the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR) from enacting an increase of 50% credits to 66% credits for second-strikers with serious and violent criminal histories.

Berdoll (52) of Atascadero to serve 4 years and 4 months in state prison for his convictions of 25 felony counts of production and possession of child pornography, involving 17 separate victims.

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that the Honorable Judge Jacquelyn H. Duffy sentenced Michael Anthony Brians (61) of Santa Margarita to serve 100 years to life in state prison for his convictions of eight (8) felony counts of sex crimes committed against three child victims.
Jury convicts Kammeron Isaac Anderson (26) of residential burglary, multiple sexual assault crimes and theft. He faces a life sentence.

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that after nearly a three-week trial, a San Luis Obispo County jury found Kammeron Isaac Anderson guilty of various sex crimes including residential burglary with intent to commit rape and two counts of assault with intent to commit rape. Anderson was also convicted of petty theft.

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Antonio Rojas Ortiz (47) of San Luis Obispo has been sentenced to 40 years in state prison and ordered to register as a sex offender for life based on his plea of no contest to four counts of performing lewd acts by use of force upon a child under the age of 14.
