Federal Prosecutors Charge Paso Robles Man Who Sold Fentanyl to 19-Year-Old Causing Death

The United States Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles has indicted Timothy Clark Wolfe (24) of Paso Robles on the charge of selling fentanyl causing death. This federal criminal case will supersede local prosecution of Wolfe for second-degree murder of Emilio Velci (19) of Atascadero.
Jury convicts Jeffrey Paul Gentile of Templeton for possessing large volumes of child pornography images

A San Luis Obispo County jury found Jeffrey Paul Gentile (35) guilty of possession of child pornography and found true that he possessed at least 600 images with at least 10 of those depicting children under the age of 12.
Atascadero woman arraigned on 58 felony counts of embezzlement, grand theft, and insurance fraud in excess of $500,000 in total losses to the many victims

Marissa Nicole Hudson (35) of Atascadero was arraigned in court for 58 criminal counts involving theft and embezzlement from numerous business clients. Hudson was released from custody on bail and ordered to return to court on September 14, 2022.

A San Luis Obispo County jury returned a verdict of guilty against Grover Beach resident Robert W. Koehler, IV for the January 2018 murder of 26-year-old Kristen Marti, who remained missing for over two months.
Jury convicts Jeremiah Leo Hernandez of aggravated mayhem and assault with a knife for severely slashing man’s face in Pismo Beach

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that a jury found Jeremiah Leo Hernandez (43) of Grover Beach guilty of aggravated mayhem, assault with a knife, and causing great bodily injury for the January 24, 2022 attack in Pismo Beach.
