New All-way Stop on San Luis Bay Drive, Avila Beach

The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will be installing an all-way stop control at the intersection of San Luis Bay Drive and Ontario Road.

These changes have been proposed to improve area traffic operations and safety. The all-way stop is expected to be in place by Friday, June 21, 2019.

The County approved the all-way stop during the County Board of Supervisors meeting on June 4, 2019. Both roadways carry a high volume of traffic daily, as well as a significant number of cyclists throughout the year. Please see attached map for location.
