Community Stakeholder Information
To access the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funds, counties are required to develop work plans based on targeted components to carry out the goals and objectives of the Mental Health Services Act. These plans must be created in collaboration with consumers, family members, providers, and other community stakeholders. These plans, outlined in the annual update, are then open for review to stakeholders for 30 days before taken to the Behavioral Health Board for a final hearing.
