Nipomo-Suey Creek Watershed 

The Nipomo – Suey Watershed is a basin located in southern San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County. The watershed rises to a maximum elevation of approximately 1,800 feet above mean sea level. The area includes two tributary basins to the Santa Maria River with their headwaters in the foothills of the Coast Range: Nipomo Creek and Suey Creek. The watershed is dominated by agricultural land uses including ranches, row crops, greenhouses and orchards. Other land uses include residential.
