The Citizens Homeless Accountability Commission (CHAC) is an all-volunteer citizen committee established by the SLO County Board of Supervisors as part of the San Luis Obispo Countywide Plan to Address Homelessness. The commission will track the County's progress toward reducing homelessness and report annually to the Board of Supervisors on progress made to reducing the incidence of homelessness in SLO County by 50% in 5 years.
