DOCUMENTS TO KEEP IN A CLOSED FILE
- Narrative (Please update the narrative prior to closing the file)
- Probation Questionnaire
- Proof of Completion of any terms of probation, i.e., BIP, CWS, Residential Treatment, etc.
- The most-recent Odyssey Case Summary
- All minute orders from prior Court system
- All DA Complaints/Information/Indictments
- All filed Court documents
- All Court documents/reports generated by Probation
- All PRCS documents
- All PPRF forms
- All Static-99R Forms
- All Facts of Offense Sheets
- All requests for polygraph examinations, as well as the results of said examinations
- All periodic reports from sex offender counselors
ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS CAN BE SHREDDED.
