The procedure for recalling State and local officials is provided on the California Secretary of State website.
Who is eligible?
All of the required proponents of a recall must be registered voters who, based on their residence, are qualified to vote for the office of the elected official they seek to recall.
When and where is this service offered?
This service is available anytime throughout the year at the Clerk-Recorder office in San Luis Obispo during regular business hours except during County-observed holidays.
