Wellness and Development Reimbursement

The Wellness and Development Reimbursement Benefit provides a reimbursement for one of the six health maintenance alternatives during the program year.

The program is by calendar year, from January 1 - December 31. 

Who is eligible for this program?

  • Reimbursement is dependent upon bargaining unit. This benefit is available to employees in Bargaining Units 04, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, and 17. 
  • Employees in Bargaining Units 12 and 15 only are eligible for the reimbursement amount negotiated in their MOU.

Submit either your 2023 Wellness and Development Reimbursement via eForms in NeoGov by logging into NeoGov and filling out the corresponding eForm. You will be required to upload your receipt as proof of payment to the eForm.
