County Code and Ordinances
This service allows you to view the published County Code and County Ordinances Adopted But Not Codified.
The Clerk of the Board is responsible for retaining adopted County ordinances. The ordinances are submitted to Municode for codification. Municode updates the County Code twice per year in April and November. Contact the County Administrative Office at (805) 781-5011 with any questions.
Traffic Regulations Codes are maintained by the Department of Public Works. On February 4, 2003, the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 2991, transferring Traffic Ordinances (Title 15) to the Traffic Regulations Code.
