Forms for Commonly Recorded Documents
The San Luis Obispo County recorder’s office cannot provide legal advice and cannot assist the public in the preparation of legal documents. If you have any questions concerning which form is appropriate for your transaction or if you are in need of assistance in the preparation of that document, consult an attorney or obtain other professional advice.
The following forms are samples of some of the common forms relating to recording documents within our office. Forms not available here, may be obtained from the Sacramento Law Library or from a legal professional.
