Who is eligible?
This service is available to Hazardous Waste Small Quantity Generator Facilities that generate less than 27 gallons per month of hazardous waste (e.g. used oil, waste antifreeze, solvent, spent photographic chemicals, etc.).
Is there a charge for this service?
Annual fees are required for facilities that are Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generators regulated by the Environmental Health Services Division. The fee provides regulatory compliance oversight. Chargeable inspections may be required if compliance is not achieved. No fee is required for an initial consultation to determine program eligibility.
