An Appeal is a request for a review of an action taken by either the Human Resources Director or the Appointing Authority as defined in Rule 4.04(b). 

Please refer to the Civil Service Commission Rule Book, Rule 4.04 for all information regarding appealable matters, procedures, and requirements. 

To file an Appeal, you must serve a completed Appeal Form.
