The San Luis Obispo County Planning and Building Department highly encourages making an appointment prior to visiting the Permit Center.  Walk in appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and are limited to 30 minutes per customer.

1. New Building or Grading Permit Submittals

2. Change Order Submissions for Issued Permits

3. As Built Permit Applications with or without Code Enforcement Case
