On March 12, 2024, the Board of Supervisors considered a board-requested housing policy review conducted by the Department of Planning and Building, which included a recommended Housing Element implementation framework for the next four years and an update to the 1994 Nipomo Community Plan.


The County is proud to have Cal Poly City and Regional Planning Department students engaging in a "learn by doing" experience this Spring by providing visualizations that support the Nipomo Update effort.
