Probation Travel Permit
As a term of probation, Defendants are prohibited from leaving the state without prior approval from the Probation Officer. A travel permit is provided when a Defendant wishes to travel out of state for up to 30 days. The permit outlines the destination, mode of travel, companions and dates of travel.

A Defendant may request a travel permit from the assigned Probation Officer who will fill out the necessary information and provide a copy to the Defendant.
Who is eligible?
Anyone under probation supervision may not leave the state without prior approval.
