The County of San Luis Obispo has opened recruitment for a new County Administrative Officer (CAO).
Filing deadline closes Friday, January 19th.
The County is looking for an exemplary leader with experience in administrative and executive abilities. Responsibilities include strategic planning, policy collaboration, goal alignment with department heads, operational improvement, and financial stewardship.
The person hired for this position will play a crucial role in shaping the future of San Luis Obispo by working to move the initiatives of the Board of Supervisors forward. Engaging with external organizations and community stakeholders, such as homeless and housing agencies, economic development partners, Cal Poly and city managers throughout the county will be critical to establishing meaningful partnerships. Salary: $241,841-308,651.
