February 26 to March 3 (Election Day)

You or an authorized representative must complete a Late Vote-by-Mail Ballot Application and visit one of our office locations to receive a ballot. We have the forms at our offices or you may complete and print ahead of time.

Please review the Primary Election information on the California Secretary of State's website which answers many common questions related to primary elections.

The last day to register to vote in the March 3, 2020 election is February 18, 2020. (February 17 is the official deadline, however, it is a holiday so the deadline moves to the next business day.) For a registration to be valid for this election, the registration form must be received in our office by February 18, 2020, either online or in person, or if mailed, it must be postmarked no later than that date. Register as soon as possible to ensure you receive election information on time. The Informed Voter deadline is February 3, 2020. If you register after February 3, 2020 you will only receive a notification card indicating your polling place; you will not receive the State Voter Guide or a County Sample Ballot.
