San Luis Obispo County Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan:

The first of its kind, the San Luis Obispo County’s Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan was the result of community engagement and planning from various stakeholders. The plan laid out strategic aims, goals, and objectives to address suicide and ensure prevention, intervention, and postvention approaches are established countywide. The Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan provided a roadmap with clear goals and objective development to build upon successful engagement processes and expand suicide prevention efforts in SLO County. Read the 2021 plan.

The Council continues to utilize the 2021 Strategic Plan to coordinate ongoing suicide prevention efforts in SLO County.
