Asphalt Overlay Work Begins in Los Osos

LOS OSOS — The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will begin asphalt paving project work in Los Osos on January 13, and drivers can expect some delays. The work will be done on Scenic Way, Ocean View Place, Covey Lane, and Cottontail Lane.

Road Closure for Bridge Repair Work on Tassajara Creek Road

SANTA MARGARITA — The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will temporarily close Tassajara Creek Road to motorists during working hours west of Highway 101 for repairs from December 2, 2024, to December 4, 2024.

Temporary Conversion of Drinking Water Disinfectant to Free Chlorine in the Five-Cities Area

FIVE-CITIES – Some residents may notice a slight change to the taste or smell of their water as the San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works changes the disinfectant in the Lopez Project distribution system November 13 through December 2, 2024. During this period, the disinfectant will be switched to free chlorine.
