If you have not yet received this letter but have been alerted by another means (e.g. Voter Status Lookup) that your vote by mail envelope was not signed, you may download the Unsigned Ballot Envelope Statement here and complete and return by any of the methods listed on the front page.

Signature Verification

If it was determined that the signature you provided on your vote by mail ballot does not match the signature(s) on file in your voter record, you will receive a Signature Verification Statement letter in the mail. If you have not yet received this letter but have been alerted by another means (e.g. Voter Status Lookup) that your vote by mail envelope signature was challenged, you may download the Signature Verification Statement here and complete and return by any of the methods listed on the front page.
