- To assure that state laws prohibiting youth from smoking are enforced in the Juvenile Hall, and to maintain a healthy environment for youth and staff, the Juvenile Hall will be a smoke free area. Youth shall not be exposed to secondhand smoke while in the facility or custody of staff.
