The Utilities Division is responsible for the administration and operation of various water and waste water wholesale and retail facilities and long term master water planning.

The Division administers, operates and maintains water distribution and wastewater collection systems efficiently and effectively to deliver a reliable supply of safe and regulatory compliant drinking water, maintain and provide a reliable reserve for irrigation and firefighting, and provide for collection, conveyance and monitoring wastewater collection systems to protect the public, ensure safety and environmental health, and maintain regulatory compliance.
