Mission Statement

To serve the public and our fellow County staff through the delivery of well-designed and built facility and infrastructure projects.

Services provided include:

• In-house design and coordination of design consultants for the preparation of construction documents for the County capital improvement and maintenance programs.  
• Infrastructure or “horizontal” projects include roads, bridges, stormwater and flood control, and water and wastewater improvements.
•  Facility of “vertical” projects include new buildings, remodel of existing buildings, trails, paths of travel and parking lots.
• Preparation of construction contract documents and administration of the advertising, bidding and award of County projects.
• Construction management and construction administration of County infrastructure and facilities projects.
