On December 17, 2024, a resolution to amend the 2022 Action Plan will be presented to the County of San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors during a public hearing.
On December 17, 2024, a resolution to amend the 2022 Action Plan will be presented to the County of San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors during a public hearing.
The Community Participation Plan, as required by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), requires approval during a public hearing to amend an Action Plan to add a new project or reallocate funding to a new project not previously approved by the Board of Supervisors.
It is recommended that the Board adopt a resolution to amend the Action Plan as indicated:
- Cancel the Del Rio Ridge Acquisition Project;
- Add a project for site clearing for People’s Self-Help Housing; and
- Approve the reallocation of $154,712.00 from the Del Rio Ridge Acquisition project to the project for site clearing for People’s Self-Help Housing.
The Amendment is available online at https://slocounty.gov/homeless for a 30-day public review and comment period. The last day to comment is December 15, 2024.
