Treasurer
The County Treasurer provides banking and investment services for the County, school districts, and special districts.
The duties of the County Treasurer include:
- Keeping safe all funds belonging to the county, school districts, and special districts
- Meeting county payment obligations
- Assisting with school, special district, and county issuance of debt
- Actively managing the combined Investment Portfolio by conservatively investing surplus funds in compliance with the County Investment Policy and all applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws
