Processing of Vote by Mail, Central Tally, and Manual Tally of Ballots Legal Notice
- Both election offices located in San Luis Obispo and Atascadero will be open on Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 9:00am - 1:00pm. The San Luis Obispo office will be open for observable vote by mail processes during this time as well.

Voter Information
Statements to cure voter signatures must be received in the County Elections Office by 5:00pm on Monday, December 5, 2022. Voters can return their letters by:
- Mailing the signed statement in the enclosed envelope that was provided with the letter.
- Email the signed statement to [email protected].
- Fax the signed statement to our office at (805)781-1111.
- Deliver the signed statement in person to the County Clerk-Recorder – Elections Office located at 1055 Monterey Street, San Luis Obispo, CA.
