- Law Students who have completed at least one year of law school are eligible to apply for a volunteer Law Clerk position. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with prosecutors, assist with research, writing motions, case preparation assistance, special projects, and court observation. A Law Clerk who is certified by the State Bar may handle cases in court under attorney supervision. Clerkships are normally over the summer or during one semester of law school, or while awaiting Bar Exam results. - Non-law students are able to apply for summer and extended volunteer internships. The primary duty of a non-law student intern focuses on providing clerical assistance to our attorneys, administrative team, and support staff. Interns may also be tasked with special projects as needed.
