- Licensed health care professionals, operating within the scope of their license and within facility health care services policy, have sole authority to make clinical decisions for individual youth under their care.
- Safety and security policies and procedures apply to facility health care personnel.
- Youth shall be transported to off-site providers in a timely manner when directed by the authorized facility health care staff.
