- Collection of Forensic Evidence
- Forensic medical services shall be provided by appropriately trained medical professions who are not responsible for providing ongoing health care to the youth.
- Facility staff is prohibited from collecting forensic evidence including but not limited to blood alcohol samples; body cavity searches; and other procedures for prosecutorial reasons.
- Facility staff is authorized to collect DNA samples for purposes pursuant to Prop. 69 requirements and collect/witness urine samples for purposes of drug testing
