- Per Title 15, Section 1464, the San Luis Obispo County Juvenile Hall has an average daily population of less than 50, and does not employ or have a food services manager available. Therefore, the facility administrator shall prepare a written food service plan. The plan shall include, but not be limited to, the following policies and procedures:
- menu planning
- purchasing
- storage and inventory control
- food preparation
- food serving
- transporting food
- orientation and on-going training
- personnel supervision
- budgets and food costs accounting
- documentation and record keeping
- emergency feeding plan
- waste management
- maintenance and repair
