Temporary Road Closure for Repairs on Santa Rosa Creek Road

CAMBRIA – The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will conduct critical road repairs on Santa Rosa Creek Road approximately 8 miles East of Main Street, Cambria.
Road repairs and closure will take place during working hours from April 8, 2025, through April 10, 2025.
Santa Rosa Creek Road will be closed to all vehicular use from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please refer to the map for location.
The project is part of the County of San Luis Obispo Public Works Department’s storm recovery efforts. Storms starting in early 2023 caused a road shoulder slip-out along a narrow portion of Santa Rosa Creek Road. Consecutive storms have worsened the damage and threaten the structure and safety of the road.
The road will be open outside of the 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. working hours during the repair.
