Pursuant to AB 878, effective 1/1/2024, a registrant who files a fictitious business name statement, statement of abandonment, or statement of withdrawal is to identify a business mailing address in instances where a registrant's home address was previously required. If you are using a PDF form for filing to be processed on or after 1/1/2024, please make sure you are using the appropriate form. The self-service portal will be updated on 1/1/24.
