Groundwater Sustainability Commission Regular Meeting

The Groundwater Sustainability Commission (GSC) for the San Luis Obispo Valley Groundwater Basin (SLO Basin) will be holding its regular quarterly public meeting and invites basin pumpers and interested community members to attend and participate in the development of a Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP).
The purpose of the GSP is to sustainably manage our groundwater resources and meet the requirements of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
All interested stakeholders are also encouraged to participate and help guide the GSP development process.
The GSC will host the public meeting on the date and time listed below. Please see attached map for location.

This meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about and provide initial input on the following:
- GSP Development in the SLO Basin
- Draft GSP Chapters 1 and 2
- Hydrogeologic Characterization of the SLO Basin
- Surface/Groundwater Modeling Updates
